Bronze Fennel
Fennel is a wonderful vegetable and herb to have in the garden, but imagine how cool if it could serve ornamental value too. Well, here’s your answer! Bronze fennel has a deep, purple/brown color, which makes it a beautiful addition to your edimental garden. Fennel has a mild anise flavor that works beautifully in roast dishes, soups and ground meats.
Bronze fennel is flat out cool! While the garden is overflowing with greens of various hues, this plant has unusual color and texture to offer. This variety is also proven to be slow to bolt (not produce a flower early in the season), so it is ideal for herb harvest.
