A Note from the Grower
Use borage blooms fresh in your salads and sandwiches or dried in your tea (the perfect plant to have on hand before a tea party)!
Borage isn’t as commonly seen in the Kansas garden because it prefers temperatures between 55-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Consider planting in an area of your yard with morning sunlight to avoid the scorching heat of our afternoon sun in late summer. Learn more about borage in the Plant Guide.
