Thyme
Thyme is one of those quintessential herbs that elevates roasted meats and vegetables, flavors soup, and creates aromatic table arrangements. Plus, thyme is a perennial herb that will come back year after year! The variety I grow has come back full force each summer with no problem and stays green well into winter months.

A Note from the Grower
Like most herbs, thyme will thrive in ground or in a container garden. It’s an excellent plant to keep near the kitchen year-round. You can also dry stems for later use. Because this plant hails from a native dry climate, its aromatic oils are retained well in dried form.
