Banana Pepper
I have been missing a banana pepper variety from my catalog of veg starts, so I am glad to finally resolve that issue. You can’t go wrong with a classic!
Sweet banana peppers have a mild, tangy flavor perfect for frying, grilling or even pickling. They are extra tasty on sandwiches and pizzas! The fruit is about 2” wide and 6-7” long. The fruit goes through a colorful ripening timeline if left on the plant, starting yellow-green before hitting a vibrant orange and then a bright red. This plant will bring the rainbow to your garden!

Peppers can bring more than heat to the table. In this peck of peppers, you’ll find that peppers don’t have to be hot to be interesting. They are a staple in cuisines around the world.
Picking peppers was one of my favorite tasks in the garden as a kid. There was something so much more rewarding about snipping through a big, fat bell pepper stem. In my sweet pepper selection, you’ll find your classic blocky bells, a few pretties, and a few other specialty peppers renowned for their flavor.
